Strength is the main feature we focused on in this new generation of our wooden frame. The frame is made of twice as many wooden layers. The aluminum parts were replaced by stainless steel.
And, even though it is hard to believe, we achieved same weight like in the previous version.
Maple is being replaced for almost twice lighter bamboo.
The frame’s doubled thickness enables bone like profiles. The skeleton has its triangular bones for evident reasons. All its mass contributes to the constructional purpose in the most efficient way possible.
Alike bones we rounded the edges to enhance the strength per volume ratio. The wider or narrower parts set specific strength and flexibility along predefined axes. In order to deal efficiently with high physical stresses the lower part of the frame is redone into V-shape. The chain stay continuously widens upwards, further helping the frame to withstand higher strains.
The geometry is stabilized by seat tube tightly held in the silent block and the head tube integration has been completely re-designed.
